Dosage

  • FlavStab 011

Used for the production of natural cottage cheese according to technical specifications, with fat content of 5%, 9%, and 18%. It significantly increases the yield of the finished product and contains plant-based proteins.

10 kg/ton of mix


  • FlavStab 010

Suitable for natural cottage cheese according to technical specifications. It does not contain starch-based products, does not react to iodine, helps increase yield and reduce the cost of the finished product, and contains plant-based proteins.

15 kg/ton of mix


  • FlavStab 013 (drinkable fermented dairy products)

Suitable for all types of fermented dairy products, helping to achieve a smooth and dense consistency.

5 kg/ton of mix


  • FlavStab Super Top (dessert yogurt)

Suitable for dessert yogurt with a fat content of 2.5% or higher. It helps achieve a dense, glossy consistency with a short texture.

10-15 kg/ton of mix


  • FlavStab Optima (drinkable yogurt)

Suitable for drinkable yogurt, it helps create a thick and rich consistency for drinkable yogurt.

3-5 kg/ton of mix


  • FlavStab 020 (sour cream product)

Suitable for sour cream products with 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% fat content. It helps achieve a dense, short-textured structure for sour cream products and is suitable for producing whipping cream (for use in confectionery production).

5-7 kg/ton of mix


  • FlavGel 001

Suitable for high-fat curd products. It is very easy to work with (compatible with plate pasteurizers) and does not react to iodine.
